Refund, Reschedule and Cancellation Policies:

Please read this carefully. 

The following rules are necessary to make sure the terms are fair to everyone. Thank you for your understanding. 

Any changes to your course registration must be made a minimum of 45 days prior to the start of the course. This includes cancellations and/or rescheduling. Please note that if you cancel outside of the 45 days, the 3% service fee we are required to pay will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to pick another available date if you are outside the 45 day window, no fee is due. Texting, sending a social media message or emailing another email address is not acceptable.

Cancellations made within the 45 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund, nor can the course fee be applied to a different date.

Please note: If you miss your flight, have work or personal issues that preclude you from attending your course, we cannot refund the tuition or apply your tuition to another course under any circumstances. It is highly recommended that you DO NOT schedule a flight without a cushion of time to allow for delays.
